Job responsibilities include:
  • Greeting customers and maintaining a friendly rapport. Customer service is your main focus!
  • Safely loading vehicles into the car wash tunnel
  • Selling product offerings, answering questions and providing general assistance to customers
  • Clean and maintain car wash site and equipment including vacuums, tunnel equipment and lot
  • Basic computer and point of sale device operation
  • Work with fellow employees to maintain a clean and organized office and site.
  • Processing customer purchases of gift cards and monthly wash plans.
  • Have a great and positive attitude as we build our company

Flexible Hours:
We are open Monday-Saturday 7am - 7pm and Sunday 8-5 and are looking to fill all shifts. We have flexible full and part-time shifts available.

Car Wash Manager

We are a brand-new state of the art car wash open in West Chicago. We are looking for experienced leaders to join our team. Previous car wash management experience is highly desirable but we are willing to train qualified candidates who demonstrate the mechanical, service and leadership skills listed below.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Provide leadership and direction to all team members and customers
  • Coaching and developing team members to deliver world class service and cleanest car product to our customers
  • Drive profitability and understand the impact and importance your decisions have on our business outcomes
  • Help to increase car wash service volume through marketing, delivery and execution
  • Perform opening and closing duties including daily balancing, reporting, cleaning
  • Perform and/or supervise all minor maintenance tasks that arise and coordinate/assist with repair company for major repairs
  • Manage cleaning/maintenance schedule to maintain all equipment to avoid unnecessary equipment failures
  • Create and lead through a client focused culture ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Managing customer complaints and leveraging feedback to make improvements
  • Maintain a safe environment for customers and employees alike. Ensure all safety protocols are followed religiously. Recognize and respond to emergencies quickly when they arise.
  • Ensure knowledge of all personnel on full product offerings and ensure associates are upselling services based upon client needs
  • Present a clean car wash site for our customers. Make sure the lot is presentable at all times and that vacuums, tunnel equipment and garbage is consistently clear of debris
  • Basic computer and point of sale device operation
  • Have a great and positive attitude as we build our company

Flexible Hours:
We are open Monday-Saturday 7am - 7pm and Sunday 8-5. This is a full time position with ability to work evenings and weekends required. This position must provide support to the car wash as needed, sometimes beyond scheduled work times. Must be available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends to ensure high activity periods have proper management oversight.

Salary: Commensurate with experience. Bonus incentives available

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
